By Lord Krishna’s mercy, I had an opportunity to develop my career in the Vertical transportation industry namely Elevators and Parking industry for 29 long years and enhance my learnings till 2019. During this period, I had the privilege of interacting with many of the top developers and consultants of India. I have observed that, due to some or other reasons, in this period, the builders have raised their paradigm in pampering their customers be it, in terms of offering high tech elevators, safety systems and communication gadgets or offering support in finance through various financing institutes in buying the space. The elevator industry has also supported real estate players by offering various newer technology such as high-speed elevators, offering better aesthetics, Artificial Intelligent system etc. As compared to elevator industry, there lies a whole lot of opportunities to improve upon in the parking industry. 

 

 

Being an Electrical Engineer, enriched with 29 years of long experience in the industry, I could visualise the value addition I can make to the industry in terms of

• Better planning for parking systems in advance, using scientific methods like traffic analysis

• Aid in better planning for RCC shear wall and foundation to optimise the cost of civil structure and parking system

• Improving the parking system as a package by offering newer features like

  • Orbit Despatching feature where multiple parking towers are installed

  • Auto Car washing system within the parking tower

With the above sincere mindset, I decided to Plunge and form a team of technical Individuals and form this company by setting up a modest manufacturing setup in Titwala in the year 2019.

 

Our Technical Director, Mr. Prahalad Gond agrees with me that the measure of success depends on how many customers honor us with repeat orders and whether our vendors and employees want to continue working with us. If our customers, vendors, and employees have pleasure in continuing their association with us, it means as a team will have a win-win situation.

 

As expected, Real estate industry has been very supportive to us in moving up the ladder and strengthening KEEV brand. Even during the tough times of Corona in two years, we supported our customer with timely after sales service. We can say with pride that we are happy to have created a space of trust with all our customers, vendors, consultants, Contractors and our staff. At Keev, we will always strive to keep this trust intact.
